Service Associate (On-Call)

 Service Associate (On-Call) Large Healthcare Facility MySolutions is a faith-based, not-for-profit service of Lutheran Life Communities. We are dedicated to providing a range of services that help people live where they choose while also maintaining the highest level of independence possible. Responsibilities: • Responsible for having the necessary equipment on the job (tape dispenser, markers, box knife, etc.) reports loss and requests new. • Support the Senior Move Manager in delivery of supplies for the job (boxes, paper, bubble, etc.) • Load and unload vehicles. • Work in the client's home under the direction of the Senior Move Manager or designated staff person. • Keep well informed of the details of the service plan, timelines for specific services, and customer needs. • Follow departmental procedures and government regulations when performing duties and responsibilities. • Assist the Senior Move Manager to provide successful Senior Move Management Services. • Assist in all facets of senior move management services as required, i.e. packing, unpacking, sorting and organizing personal items. Is respectful of customer’s possessions and home environment. • Ensure a safe and efficient service for client and all other staff involved. On call as needed.  Proceed
